Ingredients


1 ¼ cup LACTAID® Reduced Fat 2% Lactose-Free Milk

2 small bananas, frozen

3-4 ice cubes


1 tablespoon natural cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons honey

Directions


  1. Place ingredients in blender, and blend on high until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.

  2. Pour into two glasses and serve.
